Mission Fuel is now impact initiatives

My name is Steve Cervera and I’m one of the founding board members of Mission Fuel. I have some exciting new announcements to make about our organization. Since 2017 Mission Fuel has been ministering the love and hope of Jesus Christ to some of India’s poorest and most vulnerable people. It is no exaggeration to say that we have impacted the lives of thousands of Indian people, many who had never even heard the name of Jesus. In spite of frequent religious persecution against Christians, one of our churches has baptized over 550 people since our founding. We have drilled 18 fresh water wells in remote, interior villages as an expression of Jesus’ love in meeting a crucial, physical need. These wells are blessing an estimated 860 families! We have constructed 7 church buildings to support minority Christians among often hostile false religions. We have provided thousands of dollars in aid and comfort during the COVID pandemic and other disaster events. This was all made possible by the partnership with people like you and your church or organization.

Today, I am excited to announce that Mission Fuel is merging with Impact Initiatives Inc where I will be serving as Chairman and President with 3 of our board members joining the board of Impact Initiatives - a 501(c)3. This means that the projects in India that you have been supporting will continue to be supported with your tax deductible donation. But now we are also going to have the opportunity to impact the nation of Colombia, South America! In particular, Impact Initiatives operates a school in one of the poorest areas of Bogotá. Here 300 children from a low income, marginalized community are receiving a quality education and the nurturing of a Christian staff. God has given us a tremendous vision for how He is going to transform the lives of the people in that community.
